We promise to give you, your transportation needs and your event the personal attention they deserve. We do not have “package” tours or events. Drawing on our resources and contacts, we work with you to plan and develop an itinerary for your tour or event that is customized specifically to you, your needs, and your wishes.
We promise to provide the highest quality in the three essential areas of our service to you: your vehicle, your driver, and the company which backs them both.Our Vehicles
- All vehicles in our fleet are regularly maintained and inspected for your safety and comfort.
- All vehicles are on major inspection cycles and are given minor inspections after each use.
- All vehicles are meticulously detailed prior to being put into service.
- We do our best to ensure you are provided with a vehicle which will accommodate any special needs: for example, children and carseats; mobility aids; extra luggage.
- Complimentary bottled water is stocked in all vehicles, and complimentary champagne in all limousines.
- Additional beverages, as well as refreshment platters, can be provided upon request.
Our Chauffeurs
Your chauffeur is your driver and guide and, as a representative of Napa Valley Tours and
Transportation, achieves a level of expertise to satisfy the most discriminating client.
Chauffeurs are screened for pre-employment drug or alcohol use and driving violations, and participate in a random drug testing program throughout their employment with NVT. They receive intensive on-road training in all vehicles they drive, with emphasis on both skill and safety.
Our chauffeurs are knowledgeable of the valleys, the wineries and the wines, as well as ongoing and current activities and events.
All chauffeurs receive training in professional deportment and appearance, and take pride in providing the best service possible to the client.
